June 16 the rain is still mine...early morning rains dispensed some relief to a fracture in the heart. June 13 my mind, my garden.Thich Nhat Hanh once said something very beautiful: " Compost is something that is dirty, but you can use the compost to grow flowers." the thick compost collected in the past 5 moons will be good fertilizers in my mind's garden. June 12 it has to be so.a life has to undergo de-construction before it can be restored in entirety. a spirit has to struggle through warfare before it is ready for a revival. the time of Renewal is arriving.... peace,passion,patience,perseverance....prevails. June 10 meditate on the wound. . an unexpected attack causes the most painful wound. but choosing to love and be vulnerable makes pain inevitable. accept and yield to the pain,meditate on the wound,let dark thoughts arise and fall. purge the demons with Metaphysical Energies! then grant the wounded soul release.... the mind creates its own best medicine. and time will run its healing course. June 04 what's wrong?everything that i predicted would happen,did happen. but all i feel for being right is a ton of sadness. having clarity doesn't equal to being immune to pain. you scoffed at my intuition yet are glad to live out my prediction; and gleefully gobble up all your regurgitated verbal shit, which you splattered on me. |
